Should You Drink Water in the Morning?

Yes! Drinking water first thing in the morning is a simple, effective habit with numerous health benefits. It helps hydrate your body, boost metabolism, improve digestion, enhance brain function, and promote overall well-being.

If you haven’t already, try incorporating this practice into your routine and notice the positive changes it brings. Staying hydrated is a foundational step toward better health, and what better way to start than with a glass of refreshing water?

Our brains are highly sensitive to changes in fluid and electrolyte levels. Salt intake affects the body’s fluid balance, and not consuming enough can lead to dehydration. Even mild dehydration can impact brain function, leading to cognitive decline, memory issues, and a decrease in attention span. The hypothalamus, an area of the brain responsible for regulating thirst and salt balance, signals the body to seek water and salt when levels are low, ensuring that balance is maintained.

The Organic Label Is a Promise. Thousands of Grocery Stores Were Breaking It.

Most of us who shop in the organic produce section are making a deliberate choice. We know it costs more—anywhere from 20 to 60 percent more, depending on what’s in the cart. Turns out thousands of grocery stores across the United States have been quietly adding a footnote to that deal—one nobody bothered to mention at checkout.

Texas AG Ken Paxton says he caught grocery store chains including Albertsons, Randall’s and Amigos misting “organic” produce with an antimicrobial pesticide called ProduceMaxx and they’ve agreed to stop under a settlement. His news release says H-E-B was not using the substance.

Trump’s Pollster Found Voters Were Highly Concerned About Vaccines. The Poll Never Saw Daylight.

An unreleased poll appears to undermine the White House’s stated rationale for pivoting away from policies that inflame pharmaceutical companies. The Daily Caller News Foundation obtained a secret poll conducted in October 2025 by President Donald Trump’s longtime pollster, Tony Fabrizio, finding that 73% of voters expressed concern about childhood vaccine mandates, while a whopping 90% of voters expressed concern about the pharmaceutical industry’s corrupting influence…
